Whether you like it or not fighting will be a part of prison. When you fight in prison it is not about winning or losing, but about sticking up for yourself.

Being incarcerated will not only be difficult on the inmates but also on their families. There are various support groups for inmates and their families to help them through this tough period.

Until recently healthcare in prison was not very adequate. Due to various lawsuits and legislation there have been vast improvements in this area.

When fighting a criminal case you must have an attorney that you trust. Finding a competent lawyer that you feel comfortable with is the first and most important task you must complete.
