Self Defense Guides
When I was indicted I knew that there was a good possibility that I could end up in prison. Even though I had never been to prison, I knew that prison was a violent place. Thats when I came to the conclusion I needed to learn how to fight.
Im not much for martial arts classes and I wanted practical skills, so I decided to search for some self defense guides. I bought five guides and found that a few of them lacked any practical information on street fighting. Many of them were designed for women and just seemed unrealistic.
